The National Chairman of The African Democratic Congress (ADC) Party Chief Ralphs Nwosu has opined that immediate gratification is a major issue in Nigeria that must be dealt with if our country is to move on.

Chief Nwosu noted that it cannot be emphasized enough that for Nigeria to become a better country, we need leaders that are full of Integrity and Forthrightness.
The National Chairman agreed with Dr. Peter Edeh in his write up on leadership that, ‘to be a leader, one must first learn to serve and be humble, using the photograph of Elder Statesman Olusegun Obasanjo to show how he prostrated before those he had control over in the 1980’s.
The Chairman also reiterated further, that to have the ADC DNA, one must learn to embrace humility and be ready to serve, and by that model, it shows that a ‘Great Leader’ is firstly the least amongst his subjects.
