Tinubu

The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu has appealed to Nigerian youths to shelve their agitation aimed at revolutionizing the government to sweep out old politicians.

The former Lagos State Governor, made the appeal while speaking at a colloquium organized to mark his 69th birthday in Kano.

The Asiwaju of Lagos said the agitation by the youths which birthed the historic End SARS protest in 2020 can be dangerous.

He also called for new thinking in solving youth unemployment problems by looking inwards and creating demand and supply internally.

According to him, recruiting youth into the forces and energizing domestic food production to feed them would help in tackling some challenges bedevilling the country presently.

“I salute our Youth. I know they are angry. But we appeal to them. We will work together. The agitations are good but can be dangerous. We know some of us are old. But we must work together”, Tinubu stated.
