Lagos govt discharges 40 more COVID-19 patients

The Lagos state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has announced the discharge of another set of coronavirus 40 patients.

He disclosed this in a post on the official Lagos State Government Facebook account on Thursday.

“Today, 40 patients:17 females and 23 males including 2 foreign nationals were today discharged from our isolation facilities to reunite with the society”.

“The patients 19 from Onikan,7 from Gbagada,3 from Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital,Yaba and 3 from LUTH isolation centres were discharged today aftter full recovery and testing negative to Covid-19”, Sanwo-Olu announced.

He however implored Lagosians to continue to adhere strictly to precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
